REGISTRATION
You must register at least one week prior to the class in order to take the class on that particular day. If you are within a week of that class date, you may call (612) 605-1788 to see if there is an opening.
AFTER YOU REGISTER
- Please note the class dates on your calendar. You will receive an e-mail confirmation for the class if you include a functioning e-mail address when you sign up online.
- You will be notified by e-mail or telephone if your class is cancelled or filled.
- If you require a receipt of your payment, please contact our Business Office at (612) 605-1788.
- Dates, times and locations are subject to change. You will be notified by phone or email of any changes at least 24 hours before the class starts.
CLASS CANCELLATIONS
In the event of low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances, courses may occasionally be cancelled. You will be notified by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance of the class start date.
TRANSFERENCE
When you make a class purchase, you are not bound to the class date(s) listed. Your purchase is transferable to any corresponding class meeting after the date of purchase.
DISCOUNTS (Only one of the following discounts may apply to the same registration)
- Friends: Register with a friend at the same time with one payment for any class costing $25 or more, and you receive one $5 discount.
- Membership: Members of Sundays Energy receive a $5 discount on all classes listed, unless otherwise noted.
- Students: Students with a valid student ID receive a $5 discount on all classes listed, unless otherwise noted.
- Workshop Raffles: Winners will be notified by email. Free workshops expire one year after date of notification.
REFUNDS
You may obtain a refund by calling at least 1 week before the class session. Refunds are not given after this deadline. A processing fee of $10 will be retained by Sundays Energy unless the class is cancelled. Refunds are not given after the start date of the class.
