Volunteer - Evamarie Bittleston

Evamarie has a deep interest in nature going back as far as age 7, when she planted her first vegetable garden. While attending the University of California at Davis, she was a member of the California Student Sustainability Coalition where she worked with university administration to form campus wide environmentally-friendly standards. She graduated with a B.A.S. in Spanish and Evolution & Ecology. Evamarie held the position of project coordinator at R4 Recycling, where she taught composting and recycling. Currently, she is a member of the Sierra Club's Clean Air and Renewable Energy Committee, and is executive director of EarthFusion, a non-profit organization that empowers community leaders in social justice and environmental sustainability. Evamarie is proud to be a part of the Sundays Energy team and wants to continue educating and inspiring people to conserve resources and restore environmental health to the planet.
