Project Approach
i. Project Evaluation
SE policy is to discuss the project with Client to determine what needs are as well as what can be delivered on the available budget. We appreciate detailed input from Clients in order to provide the best solution to meet needs. Examples of other websites, marketing material, products, designs and comments based on personal/professional preference are welcomed.
Basic Interview
Establish Customers Needs - Consulting, Planning, Data mining, Organizing, OutliningFirst half hour is free (or up to the discretion of Sundays Energy.) Discuss design ideas, things they like, things they do not like. Pick a color pallet and tone. Pick form and composition (See Design Chart.) Further advice and consulation will be billed $50 for every hour after that.
ii. Proposal & Contract
Sundays Energy will submit a proposal addressing all the details of the new project. After considering the proposal and Stage recommendation, Client will give input. If we come to mutually agreeable terms, a non-disclosure and development contract will be signed. When everyone is on "the same page", we will move forward. A deposit or payment for the a portion or the entire estimate is due at this time.
iii. Beta Development – Content, Design, Ideas
Much like building a house, there should be a well-considered design in place before the construction begins. Initial development of the project will begin at a staging location on SE servers. This location will be disclosed to the Client so in order to view the development as it progresses.
iv. Quality Assurance Review
Both parties will review the project. Developer will test all aspects of the site to make sure the bugs are worked out in advance of the launch. Client will send suggestions and change requests, and when satisfied, sign the contract of completion. At this point Developer will make the site live.
v. Project Launch and Evaluation
When the project is finalized and fully operational, Developer will ensure that the launch goes smoothly. In addition, Developer will monitor and evaluate the project over the following months to make sure everything is functioning properly.
vi. Maintenance / Education
Most Sundays Energy projects are dynamic, allowing for almost limitless modification after launch. Sundays Energy offers 2 options for ongoing project development: 1. For an additional cost (see above, , SE will take full responsibility for site updates and maintenance. Credit Good credit, etc.??? how does billing work?2. Empower Client to take control of the project through one-on-one tutorials.Either way, SE will work to support the Client’s ability to grow and "evolve" the project as its environment changes.
vii. Priority Relative to Advance Payment
SE prioritizes our clients’ tasks based on receipt of up-front payment, using the following guidelines.
Tasks are classified as follows:
